Elevate Now in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Product Manager for Doctor Experience to own the doctor-facing products, improving the consult workflow, patient records and care plans to help physicians review data quickly and make sound clinical decisions.

The role requires partnering with physicians, reducing admin time through templates and AI, and enabling care-team collaboration. You will define metrics and work with engineering, design and data teams to ship fast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience building products for doctors or clinicians.
• Experience gathering insight directly from doctors and clinical teams.
• Comfort with sensitive health data and an understanding of privacy, consent and clinical safety.
• Working comfort with data (SQL or analytics tools) to measure usage, efficiency and outcomes.
• Clear written communication and strong stakeholder management, including with senior clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for doctor-facing products, including the consult workflow, patient records and charts, prescriptions, follow-ups and care plans.
• Spend regular time with physicians to observe how they work, understand their pain points, and turn what you learn into clear product requirements.
• Bring member data such as blood diagnostics, CGM readings, symptoms and progress into a clean, usable view that supports faster clinical decisions.
• Reduce friction and documentation time through smart defaults, templates, automation and, where appropriate, AI assistance.
• Build tools that improve collaboration between doctors, health coaches and support teams, including handoffs, escalations and shared notes.
• Work with the clinical leadership team to translate protocols and safety guardrails into product logic, such as prescription checks and flags for follow-up.
• Define and track metrics such as consult duration, doctor utilisation, documentation time, follow-up completion rate and doctor NPS.
• Partner with engineering, design and data teams to ship quickly, run experiments and iterate on feedback.
• Write clear PRDs and prioritise based on clinical impact, doctor productivity and member outcomes.

Role Summary

Doctors are at the centre of the Elevate Now model. The quality of every consult, prescription and follow-up depends on how well the tools around them work. As Product Manager for Doctor Experience, you will own the products that physicians use every day, making it faster and easier for them to review a member’s data, make sound clinical decisions and stay in sync with the health coach and care team.

Success looks like more consults handled per doctor without a drop in quality, less time spent on admin and documentation, higher doctor satisfaction and retention, and better member outcomes and adherence as a result.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Hands-on experience building products for doctors or clinicians, for example telemedicine or consult platforms, EMR or clinic management tools, or clinical workflow products.
• Experience gathering insight directly from doctors and clinical teams and turning it into shipped product.
• Comfort with sensitive health data and an understanding of why privacy, consent and clinical safety shape product decisions.
• Working comfort with data (SQL or analytics tools) to measure usage, efficiency and outcomes.
• Clear written communication and strong stakeholder management, including with senior clinicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthtech, digital health or a subscription-based care model.
• Exposure to chronic care, metabolic health, obesity medicine or endocrinology workflows.
• Experience building with or evaluating AI tools in a clinical or documentation setting.
• Familiarity with prescription workflows and the regulatory context for telemedicine in India.
• Experience in an early-stage startup where scope is broad and processes are still being built.
