Job summary

Accelya is seeking a Product Expert to act as a domain SME, supporting Product Owners, Product Managers, and Agile teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and market needs.

You will refine features, clarify acceptance criteria, and participate in demos, UAT, and product validation while identifying gaps and driving improvements across the product. This role emphasizes collaboration, mentoring, and a continuous-learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong domain expertise, preferably Airline Revenue Assurance & Refunds.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical understanding.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
