Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the clusters of product engineering function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Team: Manage multiple Agile team/ Value Streams of 200+ Engineers
• Technical Leadership: Own a set of clusters/ modules within the product and act as a primary point of contact as well as subject matter expert in those areas.
• Product Management: Work closely with the features/epics provided by the product owners. Ensure the implemented features are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product.
• Collaboration and Team Building: Work with product management and business teams to ideate technology strategy and line up initiatives around the same.
• Innovative solutions: Stay on top of the software engineering ecosystem, propose and implement new technologies/methodologies as per the business needs.
• AI led Delivery: Lead GHCP adoption and other AI initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record, with wide technology and product development experience, demonstrating expertise in driving product engineering initiatives and delivering successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the clusters of product engineering function, driving innovation and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

Extensive experience in programming languages in Java stack and ability to help teams write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code.
