Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 7+ years of experience to design, build, and scale high-quality products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions. You will play a key role in technical decision-making, mentoring junior engineers, and driving product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable product features and systems
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to understand requirements and deliver user-centric solutions
• Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, from concept to production
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers
• Identify performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability and scalability
• Ensure high standards of software quality through testing and documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or software engineering
• Experience with modern frameworks, tools, and development practices
• Experience in modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js)
• Strong knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and client-side rendering (CSR).
• Expertise in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, C++).
• Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud-based services
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
