Position: Rust Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Rust Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of high-performance, reliable, and scalable backend services. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Rust programming and a good understanding of asynchronous programming, APIs, databases, messaging systems, and software development practices. The candidate will work closely with senior developers and other engineering teams to develop, test, optimize, and support production applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Rust.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and idiomatic Rust code.
• Work with async/await, Tokio, and concurrent programming.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with SQL databases and understand basic query optimization, transactions, and indexing.
• Work with Redis and messaging systems such as RabbitMQ/Kafka.
• Participate in development of distributed and event‑driven applications.
• Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot application issues and assist with root‑cause analysis.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/cloud environments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Continuously learn and adopt best practices in Rust and backend development.

Technical Skills Required

Must Have

• 1–3 years of professional software development experience, with hands‑on experience in Rust.
