Job summary

Connectwell Industries in Dombivli is seeking an Engineer – Product Management to support gap analysis, NPD, product launches, and technical documentation for electrical/electronics products.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare business cases, and maintain product data in SAP/PLM environments, delivering accurate drawings and BOMs for DIN Rail assemblies.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience in product management or NPD.
• Experience with SAP/PLM preferred.
• Strong documentation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify product gaps via customer visits, market research and benchmarking.
• Prepare business cases for new products annually.
• Support NPD activities and coordinate samples for new products per year.
• Prepare data sheets, catalogues, drawings, BOMs, test reports and docs.
• Support Product Managers in product launches.
• Maintain product information across SAP, PLM and other channels.
• Coordinate samples, demo kits and marketing collateral for exhibitions.

Engineer Product Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – Product Management to support product gap identification, market and competitor analysis, New Product Development (NPD), product launches, technical documentation, and customer-specific product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify product gaps through customer visits, cross-referencing, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
• Prepare business cases for minimum 5 new products annually.
• Support NPD activities and coordinate competition samples for minimum 6 new products/year.
• Prepare technical documents including data sheets, catalogues, presentations, training material, drawings, BOMs, and test reports.
• Support Product Managers in new product launches.
• Handle product cross-referencing and provide technical support to customers/internal teams.
• Prepare accurate drawings and BOMs for custom DIN Rail assemblies within agreed TAT.
• Maintain accurate product information across SAP, PLM, and other channels.
• Coordinate product samples, demo kits, and marketing collateral for exhibitions.
