Job summary

LTM in Bengaluru is seeking a creative Marketing Designer to craft marketing collaterals, compelling client-ready presentations and engaging video content for campaigns, events, and social channels.

You will translate complex solutions into clear, persuasive stories, curate social media content with a consistent brand voice, and collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to align outputs with business goals. A portfolio demonstrating range across formats is required.

Qualifications

• Creative and innovative mindset with eye for design, storytelling and detail.
• Hands-on experience with design and content-creation tools like Adobe Creative Cloud Canva or Figma.
• Video creation and editing skills from concept to final cut.
• Strong written communication and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build compelling clientready customer presentations that translate complex solutions into clear persuasive stories
• Conceptualize shoot and edit shortform videos for campaigns events and social channels
