You will direct AI agents to gather and synthesize product roadmaps, translating outputs for leadership and clients, while identifying risks and gaps across portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Direct AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across Wealth.
• Translate roadmap outputs into decision‑ready, leadership‑and client‑appropriate views.
• Identify strategic overlaps, dependencies, risks, and gaps across portfolios.
• Orchestrate AI‑supported preparation for the Wealth Investment Governance Board.
• Ensure consistent standards for agendas, materials, cadence, and follow‑ups.
• Track decisions and actions, escalating risks and dependencies as needed.
• Leverage AI agents to research, analyze, and support ad hoc strategic initiatives such as Strat Plan, Growth Day, client and internal opportunities and Fiscal Year Planning.
• Prepare executive‑ready narratives, analyses, and materials.
• Document and optimize Wealth product management processes using AI tools.
• Identify opportunities for standardization (e.g., roadmaps, service descriptions).
• Partner with teams to drive adoption of best practices and improved workflows.
• Function as a champion for responsible and effective use of Broadridge AI tools.
• Assist teams in capturing product and client insights using AI.
• Support the Wealth AI Task Force and Center of Excellence.
• Contribute ideas for new AI‑enabled capabilities and workflows

Key Responsibilities

AI‑Enabled Roadmap & Portfolio Orchestration

• Direct AI agents to gather, normalize, and synthesize product roadmaps across Wealth
• Translate roadmap outputs into decision‑ready, leadership‑and client‑appropriate views
