• Design and optimize high‑performance, low‑latency backend systems
• Own end‑to‑end delivery — architecture, coding, testing, deployment & monitoring
• Build secure and resilient systems with fault‑tolerance and observability
• Collaborate with product, data, and platform teams to translate business needs into engineering solutions
• Mentor junior engineers & influence engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues
