As aProductDesigner, you are the creative force behind every digital experience you design. You bridge the gap between brand vision, user expectations, and development execution to create intuitive, high-performing websites.

From wireframes to final UI, you collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences that drive business outcomes.

• Bridge business and development: Translate requirements into developer-ready designs while ensuring feasibility and consistency.
• Build scalable design systems: Maintain reusable components, design standards, and responsive layouts that enable faster development and a consistent user experience.

Drive Design Excellence (35%)

• Create modern UI/UX: Design responsive websites, landing pages, dashboards, and web applications that deliver seamless user experiences across devices.
• Leverage AI-powered design tools: Use AI to accelerate wireframing, content ideation, asset generation, design iterations, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate using feedback: Continuously refine designs based on stakeholder input, usability insights, and performance metrics.
• Ensure quality and consistency: Conduct design reviews before development handoff and maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.

Contribute to Business Growth (30%)

• Design for impact:Create experiences that improve engagement, conversions, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Technical & Domain Depth:

• You possess a strong understanding of modern web design principles, including responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), typography, color systems, interaction design, and mobile-first development.
• You are proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping platforms, and AI-assisted design tools.
• Additionally, you have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive frameworks, and developer workflows, enabling you to create implementation-ready designs.
• With a strong UX mindset, you design experiences that are not only visually engaging but also optimized for usability, performance, user behavior, conversion, and Core Web Vitals.

Experience:

• You have 2–5 years of experience designing websites, landing pages, SaaS products, or digital platforms, backed by a strong UI/UX portfolio.
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, thrive in fast-paced startup or agency environments, and bring hands‑on experience with AI-powered design workflows and modern web technologies.
