Job summary

Gnani.ai is seeking a product designer with strong visual design skills to own features from concept through prototyping and handoff. You will work with product managers and engineers to refine ideas, ship designs, and iterate based on feedback.

You will design flows and interfaces, simplify AI workflows, build high-fidelity prototypes, and contribute to design systems while maintaining consistent visual quality across products.

Qualifications

• At least one year of product design experience or a strong portfolio.
• Strong visual design and UI fundamentals.
• Good working knowledge of Figma, prototyping, components and design systems.
• Ability to turn rough requirements into clear flows and polished interfaces.
• Basic understanding of user research and usability.
• Curiosity about AI products and modern design workflows.
• Clear communication and willingness to learn through feedback.
• Formal design degree is not required.

Gnani.ai builds AI products across voice, agents, analytics, developer tools, and business workflows.

We are looking for a product designer with strong visual design skills, good product thinking, and an interest in prototyping new ideas.

You will have full ownership of the features you work on, from understanding the problem and exploring ideas to prototyping, final design, and developer handoff. You will work closely with product managers and engineers, make design decisions, and continuously improve the experience through feedback and iteration.

Good to have

• Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, analytics, voice, or conversational products.
• Experience with motion, illustration, branding, or icon design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, or frontend development.
• Side projects, experiments, or prototypes that demonstrate curiosity.
