You will participate in the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to validation, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs that empower global users.

Qualifications

• AI integration into workflows or decision making.
• 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
• Inspiring portfolio showing end-to-end product design, identifying user needs to validation.
• Experience using design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and visuals.
• Growth mindset with active learning and skill expansion.
• Ability to build trusting relationships via clear communication.
• Experience in complete product development lifecycle of web/software apps.
• Experience in UX design or related industry.

Our designers come from a varied set of skills and background - design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions, including identifying user needs, creating design solutions that address those needs, and validating solutions with end users.
• Experience working with design tools to create feature-level interactive designs, wireframes, and/or visual design solutions.
• A growth mindset that actively seeks learning opportunities and builds and extends core discipline skills.
• Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication.
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
