Job summary

Corrigent Consultants is seeking a Product Designer in Gurgaon with 3–4 years of experience. You will craft intuitive interfaces, apply strong visual design, typography, and layout principles, and own end-to-end design work from concept through delivery.

You should defend design choices with research/data, think from first principles, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality experiences.

Preferred candidate profile: Product Designer

• 3-4 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Solid visual design foundation and understanding of design principles (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience creating delightful user experiences.
• Have a sense of ownership of what you are designing.
• The ability to articulate and defend design choices in a compelling manner using research/data.
• First-principle thinker and should be able to creatively come up with solutions that might not even exist in the current EduTech market.
• Ability to phase design projects to enable quick releases and scale back scope when needed.
• Analytical design thinking and healthy reasoning skills to back your design decisions.
• A good understanding of the product life cycle and design trade-offs at each step in the life cycle.
• A good knowledge of the Figma design system.
• You are able to confidently articulate UX design rationale with teams and key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with teams to understand their goals and objectives.
