Job summary

Ford is seeking a Kinaxis Expert to lead the core planning model, rollout, and process improvements across the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform. You will document, validate, and optimize Kinaxis modules, while coordinating with COE teams and automating processes to enhance production and capacity planning.

The role requires deep Kinaxis knowledge, experience in integration with upstream systems, and strong analytical and communication skills to operate in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Kinaxis modules and implementation experience.
• Familiarity with S&OP, capacity planning and supply chain planning.
• Experience integrating legacy/upstream systems via Informatica or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Kinaxis Core Model is well documented, localized and evolves consistently.
• Support Kinaxis rollout and application of Core model in Rapid Response.
• Automate manual processes using RR inbuilt functionalities and provide out-of-the-box solutions.

As an Kinaxis Expert, you are in charge on your functional/technical scope to :

• Ensuring that Kinaxis Project planning/Supply chain planning Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization.

• Supporting Kinaxis Roll-out and ensuring that Core model of Rapid Response is applied.

• Ensuring Kinaxis best practice is exercised in process and enhancements.

• Interacting with COE teams (support) by monitoring and validating their activities & providing functional expertise when needed.

• Automate the manual process followed currently and switch it inbuild functionalities of RR.

• Ability to provide out of the box solutions from the production/capacity system to RR.

• Ability to configure workbooks, worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response based on best practice solution design documents.

• Foundational level understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data model, key control settings and analytics.

• Experience with RR analytics-based solution for the exiting custom built applications.

• Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Development of test plans and test cases, unit testing of solution, issue resolution and user acceptance testing.

• Exposure in maintenance of Kinaxis solution and integration thru data model, DSM and Shell script configuration.

• Exposure to supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, capacity planning etc.)

• Knowledge in integration with PDO/Upstream System thru informatica
• Knowledge in Kinaxis scripts, automation etc..
• Rollout or Implementation experience.
• Knowledge on Java/SQL is an added advantage
