Cyient DLM Limited in Mysore seeks an experienced Kinaxis - Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team. You will bridge business requirements with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation, driving value through planning and analytics.

The role requires strong SCM knowledge, hands-on Kinaxis experience, and proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel for data analysis and visualization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Experience with BRD creation, test planning, and UAT leadership.
• Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboards) and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather SCM requirements for Kinaxis RapidResponse optimization.
• Create detailed BRDs aligning business goals with technical constraints.
• Design, develop and execute testing scenarios and UAT plans to validate solution integrity.
• Lead UAT processes ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Develop advanced analytics dashboards/reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Act as liaison between Cyient DLM and Kinaxis team for alignment.
• Identify project risks and suggest process improvements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an expert inKinaxis RapidResponse to join our dynamic team. As a Kinaxis Consultant,you will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and the Kinaxisimplementation team, driving business value through effective supply chainplanning and analytics.

This is a strategic rolerequiring strong functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM),coupled with technical proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel fordata analysis and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for SCMoptimization via Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) aligning withbusiness goals and technical constraints.
• Design, develop, and execute testing scenarios and UAT plans to validatesolution integrity and effectiveness.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring all solutionsmeet business and operational needs.
• Develop advanced analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel(Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison between Cyient DLM and the Kinaxis team, ensuringseamless communication and alignment.
• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and suggest processimprovements or alternate solutions.
• Ensure compliance withindustry best practices and internal standards in all deliverables.
