Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company in India seeks a Kinaxis Expert to own and evolve Core Model, integrate data, and automate processes within Rapid Response. You will lead rollout efforts, validate best practices, and collaborate with COE teams to deliver robust planning solutions.

You should have deep Kinaxis knowledge, experience in S&OP and data integration, and be prepared to implement automated workflows and analytics across the supply chain landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge in Kinaxis modules and implementation experience.
• Experience in S&OP, capacity, constraint, and demand planning.
• Knowledge of integration with PDO/Upstream System via Informatica.
• Experience with rollout/implementation of Kinaxis.
• Knowledge of Java/SQL is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Kinaxis Project planning Core Model is well documented, evolves consistently and localized.
• Support Kinaxis Roll-out and ensure Core model of Rapid Response is applied.
• Ensure Kinaxis best practice is exercised in processes and enhancements.
• Interact with COE teams and provide functional expertise.
• Automate manual processes and switch to inbuilt functionalities of RR.
• Provide out of the box solutions from production/capacity system to RR.
• Configure workbooks, worksheets, reports, forms and scripts in Rapid Response.
• Foundational understanding of Kinaxis data model, control settings and analytics.
• Experience with RR analytics-based solution for legacy apps.
• Integration of legacy data or spreadsheets into Kinaxis RR.
• Development of test plans and UAT.
• Maintenance of Kinaxis solution and integration through data model, DSM and Shell scripts.
• Exposure to supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, capacity).

Responsibilities

As an Kinaxis Expert, you are in charge on your functional/technical scope to :

• Ensuring that Kinaxis Project planning/Supply chain planning Core Model (Solution + processes & rules) is well documented, evolves consistently and is not jeopardized by localization.

• Supporting Kinaxis Roll-out and ensuring that Core model of Rapid Response is applied.

• Ensuring Kinaxis best practice is exercised in process and enhancements.

• Interacting with COE teams (support) by monitoring and validating their activities & providing functional expertise when needed.

• Automate the manual process followed currently and switch it inbuild functionalities of RR.

• Ability to provide out of the box solutions from the production/capacity system to RR.

• Ability to configure workbooks, worksheets, Reports, Forms and Scripts in Rapid Response based on best practice solution design documents.

• Foundational level understanding of Kinaxis Rapid Response data model, key control settings and analytics.

• Experience with RR analytics-based solution for the exiting custom built applications.

• Experience with integration of legacy data, or spreadsheets and data management in Kinaxis Rapid Response.

• Development of test plans and test cases, unit testing of solution, issue resolution and user acceptance testing.

• Exposure in maintenance of Kinaxis solution and integration thru data model, DSM and Shell script configuration.

• Exposure to supply chain planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, capacity planning etc.)
