Roles and Responsibilities

• Own a team of multi-disciplinary designers consisting of product designers, visual designers, visual communication designers, and researchers.
• Along with design leads, manage various design projects and their priorities.
• Shape product direction and drive design‑led projects.
• Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of our diverse range of products and features keeping the short‑ and long‑term goals of the organization in mind.
• Strategise, prioritize and drive design‑led projects. Also, help to extend the existing design systems and build new ones.
• Iterate upon and improve the design processes to introduce the best practices within the team, bring users to the center of the process and encourage design decisions to be backed by user behaviour and data.
• Conduct design reviews and status meetings. Facilitate design sprints, workshops, brainstorming sessions.
• Prioritise research and design improvement opportunities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.

Qualification

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design processes, problem‑solving, and high‑quality design execution.
