Job summary

apna is hiring a Product Designer I / Associate Product Designer to own end-to-end design for our education-focused products within the Apna Advantage initiative. You will work with the Product team to shape visual language, UX, and branding across the EdTech portfolio, balancing research insights with rapid iteration.

Ideally you will have experience shipping AI-powered design solutions, strong Figma skills, and a compelling portfolio demonstrating UI/branding work.

• Portfolio showcasing visual, branding, or UI work.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end design for products, prioritizing ideas based on research and data points.
• Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines across the product.
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
• Drive rapid iteration and shipping of features by leveraging AI tools to accelerate the design process.
• Proactively bring new product ideas and innovative solutions to the table based on market insights and user needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience shipping products on AI platforms and designing with an AI-first approach.
• Self Aware, grit to learn and grow in career
• Good proficiency in Figma and Figma motion. Anything else is learnable.
• Strong sense of visual design: layout, typography, color, and composition.
• A portfolio (or relevant projects) showcasing visual, branding, or UI work is a must.
