Job summary

Neuroglia Health Private Limited (NHPL), part of M3, Inc., Japan, is hiring a product designer to craft elegant, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile. You will create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma, while contributing to our design system and collaborating with PMs, developers, and marketers.

You will stay current on design trends, embrace feedback, and help build a culture of craft and continuous improvement across a fast-growing health-tech platform.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio showing your design process, not just final UI.
• Proficient in Figma, design systems, typography, color, and layout.
• Knowledge of basic iOS and Android conventions and guidelines.
• Clear communicator who explains design rationale and welcomes feedback.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable with ambiguity and owning work.
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS) and an engineering mindset; open-source work or design community involvement.

What would you be doing here?

• Design elegant, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile (iOS and Android)
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and clickable prototypes in Figma
• Work within, and contribute to, our design system
• Present and defend your design decisions clearly and confidently to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and marketers
• Stay current on design trends, mobile platform guidelines, and UX best practices
• Help build a design culture that values craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement

The best-fit candidate would have:

• 1-2 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio that shows your process, not just final UI
• Solid Figma, design systems, typography, color, and layout skills, plus basic iOS and Android convention knowledge
• Clear communicator who explains design rationale and welcomes feedback
• Detail-oriented, fast, and comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership
• Motion design (e.g., Lottie), video editing, and working knowledge of generative AI
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/JS), an engineering background, and open-source work, side projects, or design community involvement
