Orange Health is India's leading on-demand diagnostics lab serving urban consumers and is rapidly growing. We seek a curious Product/UX Designer to join the design team, simplifying healthcare experiences with thoughtful, intuitive design for consumer-facing products and internal platforms.

You'll work on meaningful challenges, leverage AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with product managers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on product design experience.

About the Role:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Product & UX Design: Translate user needs, business requirements, and product goals into intuitive, user-centred experiences.
• UI & Visual Design: Create polished, consistent, and accessible interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
• User Research: Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• AI-Driven Workflows: Explore and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, asset creation, and design execution while maintaining design quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Design QA: Review developed experiences to ensure quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Continuous Improvement: Use user feedback, product insights, and data to improve existing experiences.

Skills we are looking for:

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
• Strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, colour, spacing, layout, and hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variants, and prototyping.
• Practical experience using AI‑powered tools to improve design productivity, explore ideas, or solve creative challenges.
• Ability to think through problems logically and articulate design decisions with clear reasoning.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual quality.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned design tasks from exploration to execution.
• A willingness to experiment, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
