DailyRounds is a healthcare startup focused on organizing “Knowledge of practice of Medicine” and building a community of Doctors (and healthcare professionals). We hold the largest IP (intellectual property) in clinical medicine in India. We hope to put this IP, network, and our best efforts to help Doctors improve how they diagnose and treat. We are a diverse team of 300 people based in Bangalore.

In April 2019, M3 India, the Indian subsidiary of Japanese Healthtech company M3 (one of the largest healthcare networks globally, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange), picked up a majority stake in DailyRounds to foray into case-based problem-solving, community platform, and medical test preparation business in India.

We're on the lookout for a talented Product Designer with 2–3 years of experience — someone who lives at the intersection of creativity and systems thinking. You’ll help shape intuitive, beautiful user experiences that solve real problems. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll turn ideas into polished designs that our users will love.

This role is perfect for a designer who’s obsessed with the details, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is hungry to grow.

You’ll be joining a small, passionate, and collaborative team where design is truly valued. This is a high-ownership role where your work won’t just shape the product, but also the growing design culture we’re building together.

What You’ll Do:

• Design elegant, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile (iOS & Android)
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
• Present your work with clarity, confidence, and openness to feedback
• Work side-by-side with PMs, developers, and marketers to bring ideas to life
• Stay in the loop with the latest design trends, platform guidelines, and UX best practices
• Champion a design culture rooted in craft, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• 2–3 years of hands-on product design experience
• A strong portfolio (hosted on your website or Behance) that showcases your design process
• Proficiency with Figma and a sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Basic understanding of mobile platform guidelines (iOS & Android)
• Excellent communication skills — you can explain your design decisions and welcome feedback
• Formal education in design or a background in front-end design
• A bias for action — you move quickly without compromising on quality
• Detail-oriented, but flexible enough to iterate fast based on feedback or data
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of challenges
• Experience with Framer or other no-code tools
• An understanding of generative AI concepts
• Side projects, open-source contributions, or involvement in design communities
