Job summary

Bigbasket.com is seeking an experienced design leader to drive strategic product design across multiple streams. You will mentor a multidisciplinary design team, collaborate with Product and Engineering to define vision and roadmaps, and ensure high-quality interfaces with a strong design system and motion design expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product/UX design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio of shipped products across web and mobile.
• Experience building and growing design teams.
• Excellent storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data into elegant experiences.
• Experience with design systems and scalable patterns.
• Familiarity with research methods and analytics-based decisions.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Background in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C.
• Familiarity with motion and illustrations.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products across platforms (web, Android/iOS).
• Experience managing and growing design teams.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences.
• Expertise working with design systems and scalable patterns.
• Solid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision-making.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C.
• Familiarity with motion, illustration, and tools like Rive, Lottie, etc.
• Being designed with an AI workflow is a plus.
