Qualifications

Job description

The Product Data Analyst will play a critical role in strengthening our product data management function to support business growth. This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining product page styles and SKU-level information within the PIM system. The role requires close collaboration with merchandising and business teams to gather, validate, and upload product data from multiple sources.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent coordination abilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in managing product data across multiple teams and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and validate product-related data from business systems to meet NetSuite (Oracle) requirements.
• Identify whether product SKU data is new or already available in the system.
• Prepare and manage import files for style and SKU creation processes.
• Collect information from multiple sources and ensure accurate, complete uploads into PIM and related systems.
• Maintain data hygiene and governance standards within the data environment.
• Organize, transform, and verify datasets using Excel and other tools before upload.
• Generate and share weekly reports/updates with department managers.
• Participate in team meetings to plan customer/product additions and align on timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, product managers, and product owners to clarify data requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (Mechanical/Civil or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data merging, handling large datasets).
• Exposure to Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) concepts (preferred).
• Experience with PIM systems or similar product data management tools (advantage).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
