Job summary

Recruiterflow is hiring a customer support specialist to help clients maximize value from our AI-native recruiting platform. You will assist customers across time zones, explain features, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer support, excellent communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a hybrid work setup across India. Fluency in English and strong problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be our customers' first point of contact, providing friendly and efficient consultation and support.
• Help our clients be the best at what they do by explaining the platform functionality and tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot internal and customer-reported issues and provide follow-ups to the clients.
• Use a variety of software and tools to track and manage customer interactions.
• Work with other teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
• Would be interfacing with existing clients via phone, email, chat and web meetings - needs to have strong communication skills and the ability to interact with International clients.
• This is a global role, the candidate needs to be flexible to support the time zone assigned to him/her.
• The candidate will also be expected to gain, document, and share knowledge related to the scenarios faced and coach team members to preempt roadblocks while providing support as well as create supporting collaterals
• The candidate will be expected to constantly enhance their knowledge via internal and external channels and also maintain an up to date awareness
