Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to PPG products by configuring products according to specifications.

• Send onboarding emails and welcome messages to customers.
• Help develop and maintain configuration guides, templates and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to PPG products by configuring products according to customer specifications and requirements.
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, escalating where necessary.
• Issue eLearning and welcome emails so new customers become fully conversant with the features and benefits of the solution(s) they have purchased.
• Assist in developing and maintaining configuration guides, templates and best practices.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Able to receive verbal instruction and take accurate notes, creating documentation where necessary.
• Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of the business/customer base.
• Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines while managing a varied workload.
• Confidence in the use of IT for business purposes including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.
