Job summary

Vola Inc. in Bengaluru, Karnataka, invites a data-driven product professional to join our D2C product team.

You will work on data collection, product integrations, and sanity checks to improve critical metrics. Responsibilities include enhancing product features, focusing on DAU/MAU and average time spent to support sustainable churn management; conduct statistical A/B testing and competitor analysis; manage customer reach campaigns via push, email and SMS; monitor changes and set up alert

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a product D2C based company is mandatory.
• ML model development experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Strong statistical analysis and B/A testing skills.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Redash, Grafana, Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with version control (Bitbucket, GitHub).

Responsibilities
