About the role:

• Conduct deep-dive investigations into product data to surface opportunities for improving features and user experience
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key product metrics and KPIs in real time
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses
• Partner closely with colleagues across Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align on data-driven decisions

What you'll work on:

• Funnel analysis to understand user progression and drop-off points
• Cohort-based analysis to track how different user groups behave over time
• Segmentation work to identify meaningful patterns and subgroups within your user base
• Translating business questions into analytical queries and visualizations
• Extracting, transforming and querying data to support ongoing investigations

What we're looking for:

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Strong Python skills for statistical analysis and scripting
