Job summary

VideoSDK is hiring a Product Associate in Surat, Gujarat (Onsite). You will work closely with Product and Engineering to translate user needs into clear requirements and help shape the product experience.

The role requires a BE/BTech in CS/IT, hands-on Figma experience, and strong research, analytical, and communication skills. You will partner with design, data, and engineering teams to drive product discovery and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers and Engineering to understand and define product requirements.
• Manage Product / Feature Analytics in tools like Amplitude.
• Own product / feature success and coordinate with product marketing to build content.
• Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, workflows, and requirement documents.
• Assist in creating product requirements, user stories, feature documentation, and product workflows.
• Use Figma to understand, review, and create basic product flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Analyze user feedback, product data, and research findings to identify improvements.
• Articulate product problems, requirements, and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in product discussions, brainstorming, and feature planning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand feasibility and implementation needs.
• Document product features, processes, and use cases.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Associate who can work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand user needs, conduct research, translate insights into clear product requirements, and help improve the overall product experience.

The ideal candidate should have a technical education background, strong research and analytical abilities, excellent communication and articulation skills, and hands-on experience with Figma.

Key Responsibilities
