We are looking for a Product Associate who can work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand user needs, conduct research, translate insights into clear product requirements, and help improve the overall product experience.
The ideal candidate should have a technical education background, strong research and analytical abilities, excellent communication and articulation skills, and hands-on experience with Figma.
Work closely with Designers, and Engineering teams to understand and define product requirements.
Manage Product / Feature Analytics in tools like Amplitude
Own product / feature success and Coordinate with product marketing team to build content
Create and maintain product documentation, feature documentation, user stories, workflows, and requirement documents.
Assist in creating product requirements, user stories, feature documentation, and product workflows.
Use Figma to understand, review, and create basic product flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Analyze user feedback, product data, and research findings to identify areas for improvement.
Clearly articulate product problems, requirements, and proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in product discussions, brainstorming sessions, and feature planning.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical feasibility and implementation requirements.
Help document product features, processes, and use cases.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience with Figma is required.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Strong articulation and presentation abilities.
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Curiosity and willingness to learn about APIs, SDKs, developer products, and emerging technologies.
Internship or experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a similar role.
Understanding of APIs, SDKs, SaaS products, or developer tools.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience creating product documentation, user flows, or prototypes in Figma
