Job summary

Rupeeflo in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Analyst with 1–2 years of startup experience to translate data into actionable product insights and define key metrics.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to instrument events, build dashboards, and drive data-driven decisions across CRM, analytics, and growth initiatives. This role offers hands-on ownership in a fintech context and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Product Analytics: Define and track key product metrics, build dashboards, and deliver insights to guide product decisions.
• Event Instrumentation: Work with the tech team to define product events, ensure accurate tagging, and maintain event tracking hygiene.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain real-time dashboards (using tools like Metabase, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar) for the product and leadership teams.
• Product Communications: Set up and manage user communications (emails, notifications, WhatsApp, etc.) in CRM tools; monitor performance and improve targeting.
• CRM Data Analysis: Evaluate communication funnels and engagement metrics to drive better product outcomes.
• Data Reconciliation: Conduct data reconciliation exercises across systems (e.g., product, CRM, and backend databases) to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Analyst with 1–2 years of relevant experience in fast-paced startups (fintech experience is a plus). You’ll work closely with the Product Managers and Engineering team to translate data into actionable insights, define product metrics, and ensure communication flows to users are optimized and measurable.

Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Metabase, or Looker Studio.

Understanding of CRM systems (Customer.io, MoEngage, Clevertap, or similar) and campaign analysis.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify data insights for non-technical teams.

Prior exposure to fintech products or financial data systems is a plus.
