Job summary

Galytix Analytics in India seeks a Product Analytics Analyst to support meaningful analysis of product usage, workflows and business objectives. You will create dashboards and reports to drive data‑driven product improvements and decision making.

Collaborating with Product, Design, Engineering and other teams, you will monitor trends, identify gaps and bottlenecks, and help scale analytics practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of product, journeys, workflows and objectives to support analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyse product usage trends, track feature adoption and engagement, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and create dashboards and reports.
• Assist teams in improving internal processes and maintaining visibility across product and operational workflows by tracking metrics and progress.
• Work with Product, Design, Engineering and others to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Role overview:

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, user journeys, workflows, and business objectives to support meaningful analysis and recommendations.
• Support the Product team by monitoring and analysing product usage trends and user behaviour, tracking feature adoption and engagement, identifying gaps, friction points, and operational inefficiencies, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven product improvements and decision-making.
• Assist teams in improving internal processes and maintaining visibility across product and operational workflows by tracking key metrics and progress, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering and other key teams to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired skills:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in product analytics, business analytics or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting tools, SQL, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
