Qualifications

Position: ADG Analyst/ Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics

Location: Gurgaon, India

Work Mode: Work from Office (Monday-Friday)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST

Role Overview

The Digital Analytics Analyst will own one or more analytics workstreams and deliverables within a client engagement. The role will work closely with the Digital Analytics Manager, Associate Manager, and broader project team to understand client business problems, conduct quantitative analysis, synthesize findings, and formulate actionable recommendations.

Senior Analyst will support analysis across the end-to-end digital banking customer lifecycle, including acquisition, application conversion, account opening, funding, digital adoption, transaction behavior, ongoing engagement, retention, and customer profitability. The role combines hands-on data analysis with dashboard and report development, data-quality review, business-rule definition, client communication, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital analytics workstreams across acquisition, conversion, account opening, funding, digital adoption, engagement, retention, payments, and profitability.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements, data needs, business rules, KPI definitions, and structured analyses.
• Work with detailed client data using SQL, Python, SAS, Excel, and visualization platforms.
• Source, prepare, transform, and validate large and granular customer or transactional datasets.
• Conduct quantitative analysis of acquisition funnels, conversion, attrition, digital adoption, customer engagement, feature performance, payment behavior, transaction patterns, and customer profitability.
• Support customer journey analysis, funnel analysis, segmentation, targeting, product adoption, and channel performance analysis.
• Contribute to campaign, product, and customer measurement frameworks, including conversion analysis, test-and-control analysis, attribution, incremental lift, and ROI measurement where relevant.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, visualizations, and management reporting materials.
• Perform data-quality checks and help establish consistent KPI definitions, analytical methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Synthesize findings into clear insights and practical recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.
• Prepare clear PowerPoint presentations and support analytical storytelling for stakeholder and client discussions.
• Support testing, deployment, implementation, and ongoing reporting operations for analytical solutions.
• Communicate progress, issues, dependencies, and findings clearly to project leads and client stakeholders.
• Contribute to reusable analytical assets, best practices, and capability development within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Total professional experience of 3-6 years in digital analytics, customer analytics, business analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in banking, financial services, payments, fintech, or a similar customer-focused digital business.
• Experience in digital analytics and customer behavior insights.
• Working knowledge of digital acquisition, application conversion, customer engagement, product adoption, channel performance, payments, and profitability.
• Strong working knowledge of analytical and data-manipulation tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience across the analytics lifecycle, including data preparation, analysis, visualization, testing, deployment, and reporting support.
• Experience supporting complex analytical assignments involving large and granular client datasets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to structure business problems and translate them into actionable analyses.
• Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and analytical storytelling skills.
• Proven communication, interpersonal, stakeholder-management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership, work with limited supervision, and deliver high-quality outputs within committed timelines.
