Job summary

Nexus in Navi Mumbai (Airoli) is seeking a dynamic Product Advisor Tele calling to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, explain products, and drive conversions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role requires 2 to 6 years of telecalling or inside sales, a graduate degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to handle high call volumes and CRM tools. Six days of work with weekends on rotation are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Contact Centre roles.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calling processes preferred.
• Comfortable with 6 days working and weekend working schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
• Make 200 to 300 calls daily including follow-ups and lead engagement activities.
• Attend inbound inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Explain products, services, and offerings effectively to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through telecalling activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Handle customer concerns and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for closures and customer support.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction lifecycle.
