Job summary

Zynga is seeking an eager student for a 9-month internship in Bengaluru. You will gain hands-on exposure to game production, feature development, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design, art, engineering, and marketing teams.

• Coordinate with Producers to track milestones and follow up until they are met.

What you will do:

• Support production of features, games, and related projects including handling resourcing for a team and managing task priorities
• Drive daily scrum or stand-up meetings for live games, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality player experience and releases on time.
• Care deeply for the player/customer and be their voice in every meeting. You are player-focused and will work closely with partners to ensure that every idea is evaluated through a player lens.
• Work alongside Producers & Sr Producers to create visibility to the team about the project milestones and follow up closely until they are met.

• Basic knowledge of various phases in game production
• Interest in project management or Video game production
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude, with an ability to multi-task.
• Positive approach towards problem-solving.
• A passion for games is a plus
