Job summary

Zynga, Bengaluru, invites motivated students for a 9-month internship to support game production teams. You will help manage features, priorities, and coordinating with product, design, and engineering to ensure timely releases.

You will be the player's advocate in meetings and help keep projects on track. Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant degree with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for games.

Responsibilities

• Support production of features, games, and related projects, including task prioritization.
• Lead or participate in daily stand-ups with cross-functional teams to ensure timely releases.
• Be the voice of the player in meetings, ensuring ideas are evaluated with a player lens.
• Coordinate with Producers to maintain visibility on project milestones and follow up on progress.

What you will do:

• Support production of features, games, and related projects including handling resourcing for a team and managing task priorities
• Drive daily scrum or stand-up meetings for live games, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality player experience and releases on time.
• Care deeply for the player/customer and be their voice in every meeting. You are player-focused and will work closely with partners to ensure that every idea is evaluated through a player lens.
• Work alongside Producers & Sr Producers to create visibility to the team about the project milestones and follow up closely until they are met.

What we require:

• Basic knowledge of various phases in game production
• Interest in project management or Video game production
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter attitude, with an ability to multi-task.
• Positive approach towards problem-solving.
• A passion for games is a plus
