Job summary

Zynga Bengaluru is offering a 9-month internship for students graduating in 2027. You will support production of features, games, and related projects, oversee resourcing for a team, and manage task priorities to keep milestones on track.

You will participate in daily scrums with cross-functional teams and act as the player's voice in meetings, focusing on delivering high‑quality experiences while learning game production fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of various phases in game production.
• Interest in project management or video game production.
• Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven self-starter attitude.
• Positive approach towards problem-solving.
• A passion for games is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support production of features, games, and related projects including handling resourcing for a team and managing task priorities.
• Drive daily scrum or stand-up meetings for live games with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality player experience.
• Be player-focused and advocate for the player in meetings; evaluate ideas through a player lens.
• Work with Producers & Sr Producers to create visibility to the team about milestones and follow up until they are met.

What you will do:

• Support production of features, games, and related projects including handling resourcing for a team and managing task priorities
• Drive daily scrum or stand-up meetings for live games, working closely with product, design, art, engineering & marketing teams to deliver a high-quality player experience and releases on time.
• Care deeply for the player/customer and be their voice in every meeting. You are player-focused and will work closely with partners to ensure that every idea is evaluated through a player lens.
• Work alongside Producers & Sr Producers to create visibility to the team about the project milestones and follow up closely until they are met.
