About Role:

Responsible for managing Purchase for the IT and Infosec departments.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant professional discipline (at least)
• MBA (or equivalent) preferred

Experience:

4+ years of work experience in the Purchase Department, specifically in IT and Infosec related purchase transactions.

Area of Responsibility:

• Hands-on experience with IT & Infosec purchase in ITES companies, e.g., Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, Services, etc.
• Ability to handle high volume of Purchase Requisitions efficiently.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills, vendor contract management, audit and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency in English communication, both writing and speaking.
• Good knowledge of the entire P2P cycle and process, and SAP ERP.
• Strong understanding of company business and procurement policies.
• Ability to understand current issues and expectations and align jobs accordingly.

Expertise Areas / Competencies / Job Requirements:

• Specialized knowledge and independent handling of IT (Infra & Business) and Infosec purchases.
• Strong negotiation skills to align with company objectives and ensure mutual interests.
• Interpersonal skills to facilitate inter-departmental collaboration.
• Good knowledge of ISO compliance and IFC controls within the area of responsibility.
• Proficiency in SAP as ERP system.
• Creativity and communication skills to facilitate system workflows.
