Bristlecone India Limited’s SAP Procurement – Delivery team is seeking a Specialist in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC). You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Ariba SCC solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and mentor junior resources while delivering improvements in supplier engagement and procurement efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years hands-on SAP Ariba SCC experience, strong procurement process knowledge, and ability to travel

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on SAP Ariba SCC implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay, sourcing, supplier onboarding.
• Experience integrating Ariba SCC with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using middleware.
• Ariba SCC certification is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba SCC including requirements gathering and rollout.
• Integrate Ariba SCC with SAP S/4HANA/ECC using middleware and ensure data consistency.
• Configure supplier collaboration workflows (catalogs, POs, invoices, inventory visibility).
• Provide functional procurement process expertise and map to Ariba SCC capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training for business users and suppliers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues and data mapping challenges.
• Develop functional specifications, test scripts and governance documentation.
• Support post-go-live hypercare and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with Ariba roadmap and best practices.
