Job summary

Horizontal Integration in Hyderabad, India is seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive strategic sourcing across categories. The role reports to the Category Leader in Global Procurement and combines hands-on sourcing with negotiation and supplier onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 1.3–5 years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and stakeholder skills, and familiarity with RFPs/RFQs. Hybrid work from Hyderabad is offered.

Qualifications

• 1.3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills with understanding of preparation CSs, Approval notes
• Stakeholder engagement & good business acumen
• Understanding of local & global tax scenarios & compliances
• A team player in a dynamic environment
• Undrstanding of ERPs like Oracle is an advantage
• Experience in handling RFPs, Reverse Auctions
• Good communication & inter-personal skills
• Eager to learn the new process & agile to changes
• Accountability & Ownership, Ethics & integrity
