Job summary

ABB seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing, align supplier orders with internal requirements, and oversee goods receipt and invoicing. You will support supplier scouting with Category teams and drive strategic sourcing using RFQs and negotiations.

The role emphasizes digitalization, automation, and collaboration across global teams. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in purchasing, strong SAP Purchasing and SAP Ariba skills, and a Finance/Business Management background.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing process, including launch of purchase orders, delivery confirmation, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Align supplier orders with internal requirements for quality, on-time delivery, sustainability and cost efficiency; maintain supplier relationships.
• Oversee goods receipt verification and invoice processing for accurate procurement transactions.
• Support supplier scouting with Category teams and onboarding via SAP Ariba.
• Contribute to strategic sourcing through RFQs, negotiations, spend analysis and supplier comparison.
• Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement within procurement; collaborate in cross-functional and international projects.
