Job summary

Sapiens Bengaluru is seeking an experienced software procurement professional to lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

You will partner with IT, finance and legal teams to manage software licenses, negotiate contracts, and drive cost savings across SaaS, cloud and on-premise solutions.

The role requires strong communication, RFX leadership, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6–10 years procurement experience including Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in software procurement (IT, SaaS, Cloud, Software Licenses).
• Strong knowledge of software contract terms and legal compliance.

• Good understanding of finance basics (GL codes, cost centres).
• Skilled in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
