Job summary

Sapiens is seeking an experienced Software Procurement Lead in Bengaluru to manage software purchases, renewals, and license compliance. You will drive RFX processes and negotiate favorable terms while ensuring legal and security standards are met.

With 6–10 years in procurement, you will collaborate with IT, finance, and business stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline P2P workflows in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years of procurement experience incl. P2P and PR/PO lifecycle.
• Hands-on software procurement experience (IT, SaaS, Cloud, licenses).
• Strong knowledge of software contract terms and compliance.
• Ability to lead RFP/RFX processes and negotiate contracts.
• Understanding of GL codes and cost centers.
• Independent worker with multi-priority management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good understanding of finance basics ( GL codes, cost centres).
• Skilled in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
