Job summary

PPICAPI Pharmaceuticals and Herbal Cosmetic Company in Mumbai is seeking an urgent Procurement-Purchase Head to oversee procurement for finished products for export and domestic markets. The role requires 4–7 years of experience and a Graduate (B.Com) background, with work from office in Andheri East, Mumbai.

The role involves developing vendors, coordinating costing and legal agreements, and ensuring regulatory compliance with QA. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com) required.
• Experience in procurement and vendor management.
• Knowledge of regulatory and quality processes advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all procurement-related activity of finished products for export and domestic.
• Handle Pharma/Herbal/OTC/Ayurvedic/ cosmetics categories.
• Develop new vendors and manufacturers per business requirements and country guidelines.
• Coordinate for commercial costing, legal agreements, and product development with manufacturers.
• Finalize new manufacturer-based costing, registration guidelines, and accreditations with the director.
• Maintain a regular database and reports of all activities related to product and plants.
• Coordinate with regulatory team and QA team to ensure smooth product development at site.
• Site audits as required.
