Job summary

• Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiatives.
• Project management experience is an added advantage.
• Compliance and Controls – Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.
• Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.
• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.
• Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiative.
