Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Process Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end procurement changes across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. You will be SME for procurement processes and partner with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to define requirements and deliver improvements.

You will lead projects, standardize processes, enable automation with SAP MM and other tools, develop business cases and KPIs, and manage change, training, and governance to ensure adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• 8–12+ years in procurement, supply chain, or process transformation.
• SAP MM certification preferred or required by organization.

Responsibilities

Procurement Process - Transformation Lead**Description -****Job Summary*** As a Process Transformation Lead in the you have a win-win opportunity: Use your skills to implement integrated solutions, then grow your own career through a variety of paths inside one of the world's leading technology companies.**Responsibilities*** Lead end-to-end procurement process transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle.* Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for procurement processes, and leverage procurement best practices.* Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized, scalable solutions.* Lead small, medium, and large transformation projects from planning through deployment and stabilization.* Partner with business stakeholders, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define business requirements and deliver process improvements.* Drive process standardization, automation, and digital transformation using SAP and other procurement technologies.* Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to measure transformation success.* Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption.* Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.* Support governance, process compliance, audit requirements, and continuous improvement initiative.****Education & Experience** Recommended*** 8-12+ years of procurement, supply chain, or business process transformation experience.* Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.**Preferred Certifications*** SAP MM Certification (preferred or required based on organizational needs)**Knowledge & Skills*** Strong expertise in Procurement and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.* Proven experience leading procurement transformation and business process improvement projects.* Strong knowledge of SAP MM, procurement operations, purchasing, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.* Experience in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.* Experience leading change management, user training, and organizational adoption initiatives* Project management experience is an added advantage* Compliance and Controls - Strong understanding of procurement policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to governance standards**Cross-Org Skills*** Effective Communication* Results Orientation* Learning Agility* Digital Fluency* Customer Centricity**Impact & Scope*** Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.**Complexity*** Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.**Disclaimer**- This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
