Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Procurement/Sourcing leader in India to supervise a team of 8–10 professionals, drive reporting and analytics for global operations, and provide SME guidance to the reporting team. The role focuses on improving efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and talent development within a dynamic, international environment.

You will lead reporting for Sourcing & Logistics, manage client interactions, and escalate as needed while aligning with global procurement standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sourcing & Procurement with leadership exposure.
• Experience in MIS reporting and analytics.
• Ability to manage a team of 8–10 members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Reporting and Analytics support for Sourcing & Logistics operations.
• Interact with internal and external clients to build a world-class organization.
• Serve as SME on Sourcing domain to Reporting Specialists.
• Provide Reports in collaboration with stakeholders across the business.
• Act as first escalation point for the team and for S&L and clients.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage and develop team members, including performance and career growth.

Role Definition

• Function: Procurement / Sourcing

Job Scope includes

• Assume line management responsibility for a team of typically 8- 10members who provide Support to Sourcing & Logistics Operations team within globally.

The Job Involves

• Providing Reporting and Analytics support for the internal as well as Global Operations requirements.
• Significant interaction with internal as well as external clients to create a world class organization.
• Provide Subject Matter Support on Sourcing Domain to Reporting Specialists to maximize the effectiveness / efficiency of the process.
• Work Closely with internal as well as external stake holders to provide Required Reports.
• Serve as the first escalation point (both as people manager & SME) within the team and for S&L and Clients
• Work closely with the Operations Team to improve the efficiency / quality of the work
• Management & Development of the individuals on the team, including performance & career management.

Skill Sets/Experience

• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
• Overall, at least 5 Yrs of experience in Sourcing & Procurement domain, with at least 2 Years in People Management/Leadership
• Experience in MIS tools and tasks
• Experience in Sourcing & Procurement Domain
