DuPont is seeking a focused production professional to help meet production targets and optimize material use on the shop floor. The role emphasizes KPI improvements, problem solving, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Graduate degree with 2–3 years in chemical/plastic compounding, and hands-on experience with extrusion and injection molding equipment, coupled with solid communication and interpersonal skills.

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry.
• Knowledge of Extrusion and Injection molding machines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production targets as per production planning.
• Control raw material usage and minimize wastage.
• Suggest improvements in KPIs such as Yield and Specific Power Consumption.
• Carry out production-related activities at shop floor.
• Perform material balance calculations for produced batches.
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Handle shop-floor manpower and direct contract workers.
• Ensure follow-up actions to prevent customer complaints.

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning.
• Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization.
• Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.).
• Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor.
• Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade.
• Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products.
• Should have good manpower handling experience.
• Direct contractual employees at shop-floor.
• Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints.
• Motivate shop floor employees including contract labors to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure clean & safe work place.
• Should have knowledge on ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems

Required Qualifications Graduate 2 to 3 Years of experience in Chemical / Plastic Compounding Industry Should have knowledge on Extrusion and Injection molding machine Good communication and interpersonal skill
