Idexcel in Bengaluru is seeking a Procurement Executive with IT experience to lead end-to-end IT sourcing, supplier relationship management, and licensing optimization. You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to ensure compliant, cost-effective procurement.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience, a degree, and proven skills in RFQ/RFP, contracting, eSourcing, and IT licensing. The role covers hardware, software, cloud services, and IT services across India.

Role & responsibilities

Job Title- Procurement Executive with IT for Bangalore

Location Bangalore ( Hebbal )

Overall exp – 2 – 5 years

Mandatory Skills – Procurement

Position 1 - Procurement + IT experience

• IT Procurement Expertise – Strong understanding of IT sourcing across hardware, software, cloud services, IT infrastructure, telecom, networking, and professional services.
• Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Negotiation – Strong experience in RFQ/RFP management, commercial evaluations, benchmarking, negotiations, and cost optimization across India.
• Contracting & Risk Management – Experience in negotiating MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, software licensing agreements, warranties, support contracts, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
• Supplier & OEM Management – Experience in managing OEMs, authorized partners, distributors, system integrators, and service providers, including supplier performance and relationship management.
• eSourcing & Procurement Systems – Proficiency in Ariba/SAP Hana or similar procurement platforms for sourcing events, e-auctions, supplier onboarding, approvals, contracting, and PO processing.
• IT Licensing & Subscription Management – Good understanding of software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, cloud consumption models, renewals, maintenance, and license optimization.
• Compliance & Taxation Knowledge – Understanding of GST, TDS, import requirements, customs, and other statutory and taxation requirements relevant to IT procurement in India.
• Stakeholder Management – Ability to work effectively with IT, InfoSec, Finance, Legal, Tax, business teams, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and compliance.
