Idexcel in Bengaluru is seeking a Procurement Executive with 2–5 years of overall experience. The role centers on global procurement, overseas supplier negotiations, and achieving cost efficiency across international markets.

You will handle cross-border sourcing, manage RFPs/e-auctions using Ariba or SAP, and ensure compliance with import/export laws and GST. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Supplier Relationship Management

Experience in negotiating with overseas vendors, building long-term partnerships, and handling cultural differences.

eSourcing & RFP Management

Proficiency in tools like Ariba or SAP for running global RFPs, e-auctions, and vendor evaluations.

Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge

Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws.

Currency & Taxation Awareness

Ability to manage foreign exchange implications, GST/VAT, and other country-specific taxation rules.
