Job summary

M&A Enterprises in New Delhi is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage the full purchasing cycle for medical devices and lab consumables. You will receive requisitions, source vendors, issue POs, track deliveries, and maintain thorough documentation to ensure timely stock and compliant procurement.

Collaborating with sales, clinical, quality assurance, and warehouse teams, you will prevent stockouts, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain accurate vendor records using Excel

Responsibilities

• End-to-End procurement from requisitions to PO generation and delivery tracking.
• Vendor sourcing and evaluation for medical devices and lab consumables.
• Quotation and cost analysis, negotiation of terms and timelines.
• Quality and regulatory compliance with ISO, CE or local guidelines.
• Cross-functional coordination with sales, clinical, QA, and logistics.
• MIS and record keeping using Excel or ERP software (SAP/Oracle).
• Issue resolution for damaged goods, delays, shortages, or non-conforming stock.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement: Handle the full purchasing cycle from receiving requisitions and sourcing vendors to PO generation, delivery tracking, and documentation. [1, 2]
• Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable manufacturers, importers, and distributors for medical devices and lab/hospital consumables. [1, 2]
• Quotation & Cost Analysis: Compare vendor quotes, analyze pricing trends, and negotiate best-in-market rates, payment terms, and delivery timelines. [1, 2]
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure purchased devices and equipment meet required quality standards (such as ISO, CE, or local health authority guidelines). [1]
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, clinical, quality assurance, and warehouse/logistics teams to prevent stockouts and align with production or project schedules. [1, 2]
• MIS & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate purchase orders, vendor files, inventory reports, and delivery logs using Excel or ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle). [1, 2]
• Issue Resolution: Resolve discrepancies regarding damaged goods, delivery delays, shortages, or non-conforming medical stock. [1]
